Hilton Phoenix Airport

Had a very nice stay with top notch service, glad I've chosen it. The staff were best and excellent and the location was magnificent in industrial park.

Clean accommodation, attentive staff at check-out. Nice pool, parking on-site. With coffee store in the lobby.

I spent just a few hours there so I liked the efficient and free shuttle from/to the airport.

Nothing. Well, The plastic curtain in the shower. And the hairdryer.

All of the staff were very helpful. The room, pool and restaurant/coffee shop were good. The breakfast/omelet bar was delicious! Shopping facilities in Phoenix are excellent.

While the hotel is close to the airport, it was difficult to find in our rental car. The prices in the restaurant were high. Arizonan seem to like their food spicy - even the "mild" chicken wings were H-O-T!!

The staff is super friendly, especially with the helpful shuttle driver. The room was comfortable and clean, though the bathroom could use better ventilation. The slow food service during breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall, it was a decent stay.

The desk clerk was a bit snarky with me at check-out because I didn't know that the charge was not through Hilton, but through Booked.net. No one made this clear to me and I had never done this before. He made me feel like I was just a "stupid woman" (my words not his). It would be helpful if your website made clear to the customer that the charge is paid to Booked.net and not to the hotel.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay with top notch service. The staff were top-class and patient and the pool area was nice. The location of the hotel was perfect, in the Phoenix area. The food they offered was nice, had a wide range of meals...

The staff went above and beyond, immediately addressing a TV issue in my room. Despite some noise from the airport, the view of planes taking off added a unique thrill to my stay.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the light rail station was very convenient.

I really enjoyed the hotel, it was spotless with efficient and best staff at check-out. The room was well laid out and large, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Location of property was favourable and perfect and the shuttle to airport was a big plus. Excellent restaurant provided Ethiopian dishes.

The service was really good the staff went out of their way to help me. I appreciated the cheerful airport shuttle driver who even helped with my luggage, made the start of my journey just a bit easier.

But yeah, it wasn't inexpensive for what I got.

I had a smooth stay with clean, comfy rooms and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool after a long travel day. The kids had a blast relaxing on the sun loungers. The only hiccup was that I didn't get the room type I originally booked, but it didn't ruin our experience at all 😊

We did enjoy the hotel. The rooms were very large and quiet. Very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel was very nice. We will be back for sure.

We felt the price in the café was a little high plus the noise was very loud. There was a meeting held by star bucks in the lobby and it was also noisy plus we had to walk around groups of people blocking the walk way.

My room was right next to the elevator and I heard it go up and down all night and the people getting off/on the elevator were sometimes very loud. It would help if you would move the bed in room 201 to the other side of the room.
